At Berks Beans, we’re committed to delivering freshly roasted, high-quality coffee with every order. Your satisfaction matters to us, and we want you to enjoy every cup with confidence.
Because our coffee is roasted & ground fresh to order, we’re unable to accept returns once your order has been dispatched. However, if there’s ever an issue with your order — whether it's the wrong grind, a damaged package, or something just doesn’t taste right — please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your delivery.
We’ll do our best to make it right, which may include:
- Sending a replacement,
- Offering a partial or full refund, or
- Providing store credit for a future order.
To help us help you, please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and any relevant photos if the package or product was damaged in transit.
